Return and Refund Policy for Favorite
Thank you for your purchase of Favorite by Chef Nanette Smalley. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist.
Returns

Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the cookbook must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and any digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service at info@nanettecooks.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Shipping: Securely package the item, including all original materials, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, contact us at info@nanettecooks.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
